Founded in 2003 as a real estate developer, Addforce concentrates company’s activities in Moscow and Moscow region.  The year of 2003 marked the beginning of the tremendous growth of the real estate market in that region. Apartments and flats were appreciating at a heightened place, and ADDFORCE, LLC focused on buying, reconstructing, and re-selling those properties.
In 2006, ADDFORCE USA starts operating in California, offering benchmarked housing units for the Bay Area California community and urban planning project management services to U.S. and foreign development companies. Initial focus is to buy and develop existing condominium complexes. We modify and remodel the acquired real estate so as to meet ADDFORCE standards and increase long-term assets and income. Housing units is predominantly located in the Urban neighborhood targeting both students and professionals.
