We search for matching candidates according to your specific profile. The pre-screened candidates will be invited to the Netherlands for personal interview.
We offer you the following possibilities for hiring a candidate:
- via addforce: If the candidate fits your organization but you are not prepared to take risks, you could start employing the candidate within few weeks as a contractor employed by us. In this case we take the candidate on our payroll and you will get from us monthly invoices charged on an hourly basis.
- directly: If your company has agreement with IND (Immigratie- en Naturalisatie Dienst) regarding knowledge migrants, you might also choose to employ the candidate directly by offering him/her a contract. In this case, we will charge you a one-time fee for mediation services.
It is also possible to start employing a candidate as a contractor and later take him or her over on permanent contract.
